Kate started her working life as a junior school teacher, but has worked part time for QEPBC in variety of roles since 2006. Kate did her ministerial training at Spurgeon’s College and was ordained and inducted as the minister in June 2018. In addition to her studies at Spurgeon's College she also has an M.A. in Missional Leadership.
When she is not working for the church she enjoys family life with husband Mark, four adult children and a number of pets. She enjoys gardening, family history and plays the Viola.

Ken was called to serve as Associate Minister in March 2026. He’s an ordained Baptist Minister with experience of lay and professional leadership in Baptist, Vineyard and experimental church contexts. He has more than 20 years senior management experience in the Christian voluntary sector.
In his spare time, Ken enjoys running, photography and motorcycles. He and his wife Sharen have two adult children and a granddaughter.

Alex works as a finance director for a medical trials company, which involves regular visits to Germany. He also acts as treasurer for the church.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, watching all kinds of sports and listening to music.
|
|
Paul started working as an audio-visual engineer, working on Film, TV, and Exhibitions in the late 1990s. Since then he has studied at London School of Theology and the University of St Andrews and holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Theology.
Paul is also the Chair of Urban Saints Guildford and can be regularly found catering for them. When not otherwise occupied with that he enjoys running, and all things techie. |

Sharen has recently retired from the NHS, where she was running patient education courses in Manchester.
Sharen is a fan of small groups - whether leading them or attending them - and also likes to pray about lots of things.
She is a nosey extrovert - so be prepared for her to ask you some questions.
She is also into fitness and wellbeing, plus family and friends.
