Kate started her working life as a junior school teacher, but has worked part time for QEPBC in variety of roles since 2006. Kate did her ministerial training at Spurgeon’s College and was ordained and inducted as the minister in June 2018. In addition to her studies at Spurgeon's College she also has an M.A. in Missional Leadership.
When she is not working for the church she enjoys family life with husband Mark, four adult children and a number of pets. She enjoys gardening, family history and plays the Viola.

Ken was called to serve as Associate Minister in March 2026. He’s an ordained Baptist Minister with experience of lay and professional leadership in Baptist, Vineyard and experimental church contexts. He has more than 20 years senior management experience in the Christian voluntary sector.
In his spare time, Ken enjoys running, photography and motorcycles. He and his wife Sharen have two adult children and a granddaughter.

Louise has been a member of QE Park Baptist Church since 2013. In 2024 she left a career in admin and finance to become the Church’s Children and Family Worker.
Louise is a leader in Guildford Boys’ Brigade. She also undertakes exam invigilating for a local school, and delivers Safeguarding Training for the Baptist Union.
Louise has two grown up children and a grandson and loves the chance to be creative. You are most likely to find her singing nursery rhymes in our Little Lambs Toddler Group or leading the actions for a bible song at Lego Church.

Rebecca started her working life at 16, part of that was working at the Centre cafe pre-Covid. She has grown up with this church, and her passion for Jesus led her to doing a degree in Theology and Ministry alongside a diploma in Mission and Evangelism.
Her faith has also translated into artwork, creating pieces inspired by the endless beauty of the Bible and the world God has made. Alongside painting, she enjoys going to the gym, adventure video games and learning to play the piano.

Alex works as a finance director for a medical trials company, which involves regular visits to Germany. He also acts as treasurer for the church.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, watching all kinds of sports and listening to music.
|

Sharen has recently retired from the NHS, where she was running patient education courses in Manchester.
Sharen is a fan of small groups - whether leading them or attending them - and also likes to pray about lots of things.
She is a nosey extrovert - so be prepared for her to ask you some questions.
She is also into fitness and wellbeing, plus family and friends. |

Paul started working as an audio-visual engineer, working on Film, TV, and Exhibitions in the late 1990s. Since then he has studied at London School of Theology and the University of St Andrews and holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Theology.
Paul is also the Chair of Urban Saints Guildford and can be regularly found catering for them. When not otherwise occupied with that he enjoys running, and all things techie.
